Thought-form arises from a prolonged emotional issue that created an energy well-charged, well-formed and self-powered by itself. This is because an individual consistently produce the same strong emotional energy focus on specific thing or person over a period of time.
Thought-form haunts the person consistently to generate the same emotional energy to feed itself (since it has life and need food). It unreasonably link this emotion with minor and unrelated issue or event in life by misleading the mind to produce thoughts that generate this emotion, often with false suggestions and lies (like some invisible thing is whispering to you to misguide and make you believe certain things) to generate the needed emotion.
This thought-form manifests in real-life similar to an emotional person who is unreasonable, violent, gas-lighting, picking up on small issues, etc. No matter how much sense you try to put into an emotional person it will just get twisted around to fuel more emotion.
So what do you do? Ignore. Ignoring the emotional person by distancing or remaining silent and focus on other things. At the same time, keep yourself safe and make sure things around don't get damaged.
That goes the same for thought-form. Whenever you have thought disturbances, just ignore it. Don't chase after the suggested thought or image no matter how intriguing it may be. Like a poison wrapped in tempting and attractive package to entice you to open it. Identity the thought or image of disturbance, label it as "object to be ignored".
You will eventually discover that these disturbances arise from minor, trivial, petty, insignificant and unrelated issues. Instead of wasting your mental energy to analyse and think about them just to realize how silly the issue is, just save your time and energy by labelling it "object to be ignored" and ignore it. Overtime you will find how easy it is to ignore these disturbances and the frequency of them appear becomes less because they are weak, being deprived of thought energy because you did not bite on the bait (disburbances) and give them the food they need (thought energy).
Notice one thing, these disturbing thoughts are always negative suggestions about what you are doing or had done and what others are doing to you or had did to you. The purpose of these suggestions is to create negative emotions in you by suggesting negative thoughts on others or yourself. It is always negative and mostly about issues in the past. Always be positive and always look forward and think about positive and bright future. Never harbour negative thoughts (because you have a choice, you have full control over your thoughts), and never brood over the past. The past exists only in memories and you never had a past if your memories are lost.
Similar to a real-life emotional person who are inclined to cause physical and verbal abuse to you, ignoring thought-form might cause some discomfort in your body physically. But these are minor, such as tightness in certain parts of your body and pressure around your head. These are signs that the thought-form energy is disbursing. It needs to get out, it needs an outlet. Back again to an emotional person, they act violent and cause harm to people and things around them because they need an outlet to vent the energy.
To touch on a little on black magic or an attached entity, its purpose is to create thought-form in a person. So that it so auto-pilot thereafter. The person under black magic influence create his or her own thought-form and allow it (black magic) to work automatically until the objective is achieved.
